SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a soft gelatine capsule. Soft gelatine capsule containing shell and filler, wherein the filler contains a dispersed or solubilized active ingredient and gelatin having jellification capacity and Bloom strength in range of 60 to 150, hydrolysed gelatine, 85 % glycerine, water, pectin and gellan gum taken in a certain ratio, and the shell contains gelatin having Bloom strength in range of 110 to 300, anhydrous glycerin as a plasticiser, water, taken in certain amount.
EFFECT: above described shell provides gradual release of active ingredient regardless of pH.
