In addition, once a day after washing and before applying the gel, an endonasal laser therapeutic exposure is performed with low-intensity laser radiation in the red radiation range with wavelength of 635 nm, continuous mode with power of 15 mW for 1 minute in each half of nasal cavity. Then for next 7 days, the nasal cavity and pharynx are treated with Otofag gel twice a day.
