FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for differential treatment of chronic adenoiditis in children. Treatment is preceded by determining virus, fungal and bacterial markers in the biological material from the nasal cavity by chromatographic analysis combined with mass spectrometry. According to the nature of the detected microbiota in the nasopharynx and taking into account the composition of associations of pathogenic microorganisms (bacterial and fungal flora, viruses), a complex of preparations for differential treatment is taken.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in adenoiditis in children.
