FIELD: transport machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel supply systems of internal combustion engines of vehicles. Device for switching selection and monitoring of fuel consumption from fuel tanks of a vehicle contains two fuel level sensors (1), (2) installed in fuel tanks (3), (4), electric fuel level indicator (5) and switch (6) located on the driver’s instrument panel. There are two fuel valves (7), (8). One valve (7) is intended for switching the engine supply system to fuel extraction from the left or right tank (3), (4). Second valve (8) is designed to drain excess fuel from the feed system into the tank from which it is taken. Two fuel valves (7), (8) have interlocked switching drive (9), (10) containing two handles (11), (12) located on partition of power plant compartment. Interlocked switching drive (9), (10) allows switching valves (7), (8) to any of fuel tanks (3), (4) by one handle (11) or (12). Device additionally comprises electric motor (13), two electromagnetic relays (15), (16) for interrupting the electric circuit of the electric motor, two signal lamps (19), (20) and limit switch (21). Limit switch (21) has mechanical connection with drive (9), (10) of switching of fuel valves (7), (8) and rotor of electric motor (13). Fuel level indicator (5) is connected to sensors (1), (2) by limit switch (21), and electric motor (13) is controlled by switch (6).

EFFECT: automatic control of fuel consumption in fuel tank connected to engine supply system.
