FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for amplification and testing, as well as to a method for loading a container for amplification and testing. Amplification and testing device comprises: support (100) having a testing window; testing device (200) mounted on support (100) at the testing window; device (300) for loading reagents, comprising a shelf and a removable container mounted on the shelf; and heating device (400) mounted on support (100) with possibility of movement in vertical direction. Shelf of the device for loading reagents is installed on support (100) with possibility of being moved in the transverse direction together with the container into the storage position and the loading position. Heating device (400) is configured to drive the container to lift it into the testing position, in which it is adjacent to testing device (200).
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to solve the problem of the large area occupied by the amplification and testing device of the prior art.
