Device for preparation of reagents comprises: housing; section for storage of reagents, located in the housing, and part of filling with reagent, located with possibility of movement in the housing. Housing is equipped with an extraction reagent filling point and an amplification reagent filling point. Reagent storage area comprises a reagent storage area for extraction and a reagent storage area for amplification. Reagent filling part is configured to suck the extraction reagent from the extraction reagent storage area and move to a position above the extraction reagent filling point and to suck the amplification reagent from the amplification reagent storage area and move to a position above the amplification reagent filling point. Combined machine for testing nucleic acids comprises a device for preparing reagents, a device for extracting an object to be tested, and an amplification device.

EFFECT: since preparation of the amplification reagent and the extraction reagent is carried out using the same portion of the filling located in the housing, a reduction in the dimensions of the device for preparing the reagents is achieved.
