FIELD: nucleic acid detection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nucleic acid detection, in particular to a device for extracting the object to be tested and to a combined machine for testing nucleic acids. The extraction device contains: a loading zone for the object to be tested; a sample reaction zone equipped with a site for extracting nucleic acid; a sample addition zone and a capture zone. The loading zone of the object to be tested, the sample addition zone and the capture zone are located around the outside of the sample reaction zone, and the capture zone is located on the same side of the loading zone of the object to be tested, the sample reaction zone and the sample addition zone. The combined machine for nucleic acid testing contains a reagent preparation device designed to prepare a reagent for extraction and a reagent for amplification; a device for extracting the object to be tested and an amplification device.
EFFECT: proposed layout of the modules of the device for extracting the object to be tested and the layout of the combined machine for testing nucleic acids are more compact, which reduces the area occupied by the combined machine.
