FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a liquid and dry recombinant enzyme preparation based on a genetically modified strain Bacillus mojavensis RCAM05968 BVD-1 PLC 6H. Proposed enzyme preparation contains purified concentrated supernatant of the strain Bacillus mojavensis RCAM05968 BVD-1 PLC 6H and a preservative – a mixture of sodium chloride and sodium benzoate, dry filler – maltodextrin can also be added for standardization. Method of producing the preparation involves culturing said strain in fermentation plants on molasses-corn medium, flow concentration – centrifugation, ultrafiltration concentration of the supernatant, in case of dry preparation – additionally sublimation drying of enzyme concentrate. For activity standardization concentrate is mixed with maltodextrin till content of required specific activity in finished preparation.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an enzyme preparation which has high activity, purity with respect to foreign produced compounds in the culture liquid, long storage life and efficiency with respect to target substrates.
