SUBSTANCE: pPICZaA-PLA2-K4 plasmid is proposed that provides biosynthesis and secretion of homogeneous deglycosylated recombinant phospholipase A2 Streptomyces violaceoruber with a pH optimum of 6.5. The plasmid has a size of 3859 bp. The plasmid contains a modified sequence of the phospholipase A2 gene with SEQ ID NO: 1, optimized for expression in Pichia pastoris with removed glycosylation sites.

EFFECT: invention provides the production of active recombinant phospholipase A2 Streptomyces violaceoruber, secreted into a culture medium with a high yield.
