FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of improving properties of articles made from aluminum alloy. Technical result is achieved by the method of treating the articles produced by the additive technology with a pulsed magnetic field, which includes exposure of the article to an external pulsed magnetic field. Exposure is performed at the following parameters: charge voltage 1–7.5 kV, discharge frequency 72.7±1.0 kHz, pulse current value 9.1–26.18 kA.

EFFECT: improved mechanical properties of material created using additive technologies, reduced level of residual stresses or their redistribution in volume.
