SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of acting by means of pulse magnetic field at welding process upon crystallization zone of melt metals of welded seam with intervals between discharge pulses 0.5 - 2 s in lengthwise or crosswise direction relative to welded seam.
EFFECT: possibility for enhancing quality of welded seam due to its changed structure, improved mechanical properties and lowered level of residual stresses.
