FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of a part consisting of a spherical part changing into an ogival part. Part is made from the initial sheet workpiece in the form of a circle, which is fixed by means of a clamp for rotary drawing at the end of the profile holder, which repeats the shape of the part. Preliminary shaping of part parts is started from ogival part and is performed by deforming rollers, vertices of which are located in one plane perpendicular to mandrel axis. At the first stage, a flange is formed in the form of a straight section with an angle of inclination to the axis of rotation of the mandrel, and starting from the second stage, flanges in the form of two mating sections are formed: straight line with angle of inclination to axis of rotation and bent towards mandrel. Each stage, including the first one, is started from the cutting diameter D_cut=(1.07–1.12)D_cl, where D_cl is the diameter of the clamp for the rotary drawing, and performing, from the second stage, the deforming rollers horizontal displacement at the cutting diameter towards the spindle by the pitch s=(0.23–0.27)R_r, where R_r is the radius of the deforming roller at the vertex. Final shaping of the ogival part of the workpiece is carried out with subsequent removal of the clamp for rotary drawing.

EFFECT: as a result, the deviations of the geometry of the parts from the specified one are reduced and the formation of sagging before the deformation zone is excluded.
