FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to UHF electronics, in particular to devices on magnetostatic waves, and can be used as a frequency-selective power divider with a nonlinear effect. UHF power divider contains a single input port, the first and second output ports. Elements of electromagnetic coupling are made in the form of a microwave-wave structure for magnetostatic waves on a gallium-gadolinium garnet substrate. Microwave-wave structure is made on the basis of an iron-yttrium garnet (IYG) film in the form of two elongated strips of equal width arranged parallel to each other with a gap selected from the condition of providing a mode of multimode coupling of magnetostatic waves. Ends of one strip of the microwave-wave structure have taps on which microstrip antennas are formed to excite and receive magnetostatic waves, respectively associated with a single input port and a first output port. Free end of the other strip is located with an end gap in the direction of the single input port, and its second end has a tap on which a microstrip antenna for receiving the magnetostatic waves is associated with the second output port.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at expanding the functionality of a two-channel microwave UHF power divider with frequency division control and the bandwidth of the divider by changing the power of the supplied signal.
