FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave radio engineering, in particular to devices based on magnetostatic waves and can be used as a logic device based on a system of ferrite microwave guides. Logic device based on a system of ferrite microwave guides contains a two-dimensional array of microwave guides based on iron-yttrium garnet films on a gallium-gadolinium garnet substrate. Input and output microstrip antennas, according to the invention, are located on two central microwave guides. Microwave guides are made in the form of elongated strips forming a grid of two horizontal layers, each of which contains six microwave guides, which are separated by a thin film of mica (X2Y23+[Si4O10](OH, F)2) along the Z axis. Microwave guides are separated by a gap in each horizontal layer of the YIG.
EFFECT: possibility of controlling the signal at the output antennas using the angle of deviation of the external magnetic field, the phase and frequency of the signal coming to the input antennas, as well as broader functional capabilities of logic devices on magnetostatic waves.
