SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a set of bacterial strains—agents of especially dangerous infections for teaching microbiology and methods of laboratory diagnosis of tularemia—Francisella tularensis A-61 subspecies mediasiatica and avirulent strains F. tularensis 15 NIIEG subspecies holarctica, F. tularensis Schu 7 subspecies tularensis, F. tularensis Utah 112 (ATCC 15482) subspecies novicida, deposited in the State Collection of Pathogenic Bacteria of the Federal State Research Institution Russian Anti-Plague Institute “Microbe” of Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of training of specialists during development of variety of biological properties of tularemia agents and methods of indication, identification and differentiation of Francisella tularensis, as well as increase biological safety of the training process, reduce the risks of infection of students when mastering methods of laboratory diagnostics of Especially Dangerous Infection in practical classes.
