FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: set comprises six species-specific oligonucleotide primers and three probes, complementary to DNA fragments of genes of Yersinia pestis, Bacillus anthracis and Francisella tularensis. The DNA targets for specific amplification is a fragment of chromosomal gene uro2088 methyltransferase of Yersinia pestis, a fragment of chromosomal gene sspE of Bacillus anthracis, and a fragment of chromosomal DNA of insertion element ISFtu5 of Francisella tularensis.

EFFECT: invention enables to detect fast and highly specifically these strains, regardless of the plasmid profile of the strains.
