FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: traction device for spinal traction, comprising a hollow main frame, which is connected to a fixed section, a fixed head support and sections of extremities, pneumatic cylinders working pressure control unit. Each section of upper and lower extremities is equipped with a traction drive with extremity fixators. Sections of the upper and lower extremities are configured to adjust the position relative to the axis of the patient's spine in the vertical plane using linear electromechanical drives. Adjustment of position of sections of upper and lower extremities relative to axis of patient's spine in horizontal plane is performed by means of linear electromechanical drives, which are located inside main frame.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase the therapeutic effect by asymmetric traction of the spine and joints in a wide range of directions and accurately metering and controlling the force on the spine and joints of the patient.
