SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to a macrocyclic compound having the formula
where A denotes a C3 saturated hydrocarbon skeleton, and the specified skeleton has 2 substituents independently selected from Q1; each Q1 is independently selected from OR1 and NR2R1; each of R1 and R2 represents H; each of D and D' is independently selected from R3 and R3, where R3 stands for H or C 1 alkyl; n is equal to 0; E is missing; G stands for O; J and J' taken together represent =CH2; Q stands for C1 alkyl; T stands for ethylene; U and U' taken together denote =CH2; X stands for H; each of Y and Y' stands for H; Z and Z' taken together denote =O; or its pharmacologically acceptable salt.
EFFECT: new compound with anticancer or antimitotic (blocking mitosis) activity has been obtained, which may be suitable for pharmaceutical use.
