Also, invention relates to a method for identification of agents that induce the continuous mitotic block in cell after temporary exposition of cell with this agent. Compounds elicit anticancer and antimitotic (mitosis-blocking) activity. Invention provides preparing new macrocyclic compounds eliciting strong anticancer effect.
