Method for assessing the effect of biologically active preparations in vivo on metabolism in poultry involves determining the digestibility of nutrients, mineral substances in the ileal content in difficult-to-operate poultry, differs by the fact that in complex-operated poultry, along with determination of digestibility of nutrients and mineral substances in ileal contents, additionally determining amount and chemical composition of urine, and with an increase in the activity of trypsin in it, the intensification of anabolic processes in the body of a bird, which is consistent with the content of phosphorus in the urine and blood values, is stated.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase objectivity of evaluation of nutrient and mineral substances consumption by poultry body under influence of biologically active additive.
