FIELD: heating engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in exhaust gas (EG) heat recovery systems, in particular, internal combustion engines (ICE), and is intended for the recovery of waste heat from the internal combustion engine, dissipated into the atmosphere with the exhaust gas. The heat recuperator of the exhaust gases (EG) of an internal combustion engine (ICE), comprising a casing in which heat exchange pipes, inlet and outlet pipes for the in-pipe medium of the heated coolant, a gas damper with a drive mechanism and a temperature sensor of the heated coolant are located, is additionally equipped with a noise suppression module for the ICE exhaust system with an EG supply pipe to the noise suppression module and an EG pipe from the ICE exhaust system noise suppression module, an EG pipe to the EG heat recovery module, an EG pipe from the EG heat recovery module, a control unit for the gas damper drive, with the gas damper configured for closing the EG supply pipe to the recuperator and directing the EG to the noise suppression module.
EFFECT: automatic heat exchange process and the function of a muffler of the ICE exhaust system by maintaining the temperature of the heated coolant in the range of 70-80 degrees Celsius in automatic mode.
