FIELD: testing of materials.

SUBSTANCE: test bench for wear resistance tests of road surfaces comprises a rotating drum located on supports, on outer surface of which there are fasteners for samples of road surfaces of curvilinear shape, loading unit in the form of a frame with test wheels hinged on it, a drive ensuring uniform reciprocating movement of the loading unit parallel to the drum axis. Mechanism for moving the frame with test vehicle wheels is located on linear guides and is driven by a motor-reducer, which ensures movement of the frame at a constant speed. Fasteners for samples of road surfaces are made with built-in magnets and are connected to each other by clamps.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the results of studying road surface samples.
