SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, in particular to Larssen type Z-shaped sheet piles, produced by hot-rolled method, and can be used in construction industry. Z-type sheet pile comprises bases connected to each other by a flange, at an angle of inclination of the flange α, where locks are located on the free ends of the bases, forming a Z-shaped shape with a total height H. Flange has a non-uniform thickness, where along the edges the flange thickness will be S₁, and in the centre the flange thickness S₂ by the constriction, the difference in thickness is the constriction formed by the radius R, where , at the same time S₁-S₂=2…12 mm.

EFFECT: increased specific use of material for sheet pile, increased moment of resistance of sheet pile wall, at thinning of flange in constriction, which will make it possible to use lighter sheet pile for more loaded sheet pile wall.
