FIELD: sewing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry, namely to methods of processing main and finishing parts of garments. Task is achieved using a method of processing fabric, characterized by that the seam is made on the flooring of stitches made in one direction, with the same stitch pitch, single-needle three-thread stitch, without knots along the entire seam line, without fabric tightening and deformation, without stitching breaks, is characterized by that it includes processing the top of the product with a curtain tape, includes stitch from 2 to 3 mm, sewing on a curtain tape with width of 2.5 up to 6 cm per two lines, stitch frequency is 4 to 5 mm, tape width is 2.5 to 6 cm, stitch frequency is 4 to 5 mm.
EFFECT: technical result of this method of seam treatment is reduction of labour costs (time for work), increase of labour productivity, absence of need for additional equipment.
