FIELD: ultrasonic cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for ultrasonic cleaning of various process and operating fluids from mechanical impurities, including for treatment and disinfection of industrial and domestic waste water, and can be used in machine building, fuel, food and other industries. Device comprises a housing, an ultrasound emitter, a supply of contaminated liquid and a discharge of the liquid treated in the sounding space. Radiator is made in the form of a disk having a diameter which is less than the diameter of the housing. Contaminated liquid supply branch pipe is located in the upper part of the housing. Purified liquid discharge branch pipe is located in the center of the bottom part of the housing. Bottom part of housing is two-tier to center, on upper tier of which there is a replaceable throughput disc with holes, Ultrasonic radiator with working part in the form of disk is installed in parallel to which with gap adjustable in range of 0–1 mm. Linear dimensions of ultrasonic radiator are equal to wave length at resonance frequency of 22 kHz. In the lower tier there is a valve for discharge of contaminants with periodic actuation from the set volume of accumulated contaminants.

EFFECT: device design simplification, its versatility increase when treating liquids with different viscosity due to the design parameters adjustment, as well as continuity of process of cleaning liquids from various contaminants of wide range of dispersion and increase of its efficiency.
