FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and can be used in testing the design of freight car (open wagons) bogies. Device for testing the design of freight car for the absence of parts falling out by the overturn method is a single metal structure with the possibility of the bogie overturn, in particular, it is a welded metal frame containing a track simulator in the lower part with the possibility of mounting the tested car bogie fixed against movement on rails, as well as a cantilever mounted on the car bogie. Upper part of the frame is made in the form of a detachable frame, a jack is installed between the detachable frame and the cantilever, both parts of the frame are fixed to each other by means of a mechanical connection, with the possibility of installation through rigidly fixed brackets-catchers into the frame rotator for carrying out the bogie overturn.
EFFECT: possibility of carrying out tests of car bogies for absence of parts falling out by method of overturn with minimum material and labour costs in factory conditions.
