SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology and immunology, and can be used for treating patients with acne. External application of adapalene gel + clindamycin and oral administration of tetracycline are performed. Additionally, Betukladin is taken orally 2 times a day in dose of 350 mg for 30 days.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of treatment, alleviating the clinical course, reducing eosinophils and the level of immunoglobulins E in the blood, due to the combined use of external therapy, antibacterial therapy and oral administration of Betukladin, which contains lichen β-oligosaccharides and has adsorbing properties.
