FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental gynaecology. Escherichia coli 105 CFU/ml suspension 1 ml is introduced into the uterine horn through the vagina using a uterine probe. 3 days after the intervention, an antibacterial therapy with Ceftriaxone is administered intramuscularly in dose of 20 mg per 1 kg of the animal’s body weight a day.
EFFECT: method makes it technically easier to simulate a chronic inflammatory process in the endometrium, ensuring the survival of laboratory animals in an experiment which in turn enables to assess the effectiveness of various methods of treating chronic endometritis on an experimental model.
