SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to objectively assess the severity of the inflammatory process in the endometrium and the stage of the clinical course in chronic endometritis (CE). Method is a system for assessing chronic endometritis, includes a 6-point scale assessing the degree of activity of chronic endometritis: weak (2 points), moderate (3-4 points), severe (5-6 points), remission phase (1 point), and also includes a 6-point scale of fibrosis severity: stage 1 – initial minimal fibrosis (1-2 points), stage 2 – moderate fibrosis (3-4 points), stage 3 – significant diffuse fibrosis (5-6 points). Method allows, based on the total score of the degree of activity and severity of fibrosis, to distinguish two prognostic groups of low (up to 4 points) risk and high (from 5 to 12 points) risk of an unfavorable prognosis of implantation.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of individual-directed therapy, expands and specifies the choice of individual treatment of chronic endometritis.
