METHOD FOR ASSESSING THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF HUMAN ENDOMETRIAL STEM CELLS ON DAMAGED ENDOMETRIUM IN EXPERIMENT Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G09B23/28

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine and can be applied to assessing therapeutic effect of cell product (CP) on basis of endometrial stem cells (ESC) upon damaged endometrium. For this purpose, model animals as female rabbits treated by oestrogenisation followed by implantation of autologous endometrium fragments onto parietal peritoneum of anterior abdominal wall. Thereafter postoperative preventive antibacterial therapy is performed by intramuscular injection of ceftriaxone in dose of 50 mg/kg/day for 5 days. On Day 7 following implantation, ESC based CP suspension is administered either intravenously into auricular vein or locally, directly into layer of implant. On Day 10 after administration of suspension, all sample implants are removed for histopathological and immunohistochemical analyses.

EFFECT: method enables assessing effectiveness of ESC in dynamics, including in different ways of their introduction, in creating adequate conditions of chronic endometritis model.
