FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of natural gas transportation and can be used in the gas distribution station (GDS) equipment commissioning, namely, the final stage - integrated testing. In the process of completion of start-up and adjustment works and preparation for complex testing of the GDS, there is a need to ensure the design flow rate of natural gas on the part of the consumer. In case of non-availability of low-pressure gas pipelines or failure to provide the required flow rate of natural gas, contractors for start-up and adjustment works have to perform works with natural gas release into atmosphere. In the absence of the natural gas consumer readiness to provide the design flow rate through the GDS in the proposed method, a mobile compressor station is connected, that produces low-pressure natural gas offtake after the GDS process line. Taken gas is compressed to working pressure in the high-pressure supply gas line and supplied to the supply gas line GDS. Gas is pumped through the process line GDS in volumes which allow performing complex testing of equipment.
EFFECT: method ensures elimination of gas losses and negative impact on environment.
