SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a sieve element for use in vibratory sieving machines, comprising: a composition comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane and a modified polyester thermoplastic polyurethane, wherein the composition has a Shore hardness of 90A to 59D, wherein the sieve element is a single part made by injection moulding, including holes having a size in range from 35 to 150 mcm, and wherein the sieve element has an open sieving area of 10 to 35 % of the total sieving area. Also described is a sieve for use in vibratory sieving machines, comprising a combination of injection moulded sieve elements in a combination; where each sieve element is an element described above. Described is a vibratory sieving machine comprising a sieve having a sieving surface and formed from a combination of injection moulded sieve elements in a combination; where each sieve element is an element described above.

EFFECT: providing a larger open sieving area for the sieve element and the entire sieve assembly in vibration sieving machines, as well as providing durability, strength, chemical resistance, structural stability of the sieve elements, improved thermal and mechanical stability, strength of the sieve and improved sieving and operational characteristics in vibration sieving machines.
