SUBSTANCE: invention relates to binary diglyceride derivatives of tertiary alkylamines of general formula given below, which can be used as ionisable cationic lipids for designing lipid nanoparticles for RNA delivery into cells and an organism. In said general formula, R denotes an unbranched alkyl residue of fatty acids of the limit series C7H15, C9H19, C11H23; n = 3, 4; m = 1, 3.
EFFECT: invention also relates to a lipid nanoparticle for delivery of RNA into cells and an organism, containing RNA and said binary diglyceride derivatives of tertiary alkylamines, and to its use for delivery and expression of mRNA into cells and an organism.
