SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a nucleic acid containing in 5'→3' transcription direction: (a) a promoter; (b) a nucleic acid sequence which codes 5'-untranslated region of the transcript; (c) a transcribed nucleic acid sequence encoding a peptide or protein; (d) a nucleic acid sequence which codes 3'-untranslated region of the transcript. 5'-untranslated region contains the sequence SEQ ID No: 1, and 3'-untranslated region contains the sequence SEQ ID No: 2. Nucleic acid sequences transcribed from nucleic acid sequences (b) and (d), are active with respect to increasing translation efficiency and/or stability of a nucleic acid sequence transcribed from a transcribed nucleic acid sequence (c). Also disclosed are RNAs intended for translation of nucleic acid sequence coding peptide or protein.
EFFECT: inventions enable to obtain RNA with high stability and/or increase expression of the target gene.
