FIELD: biotechnology; molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vaccines against infectious agents, in particular to recombinant vaccines for immunization against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Disclosed is a polypeptide for immunization against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, containing amino acid sequences connected to each other by means of cleavable linkers corresponding to amino acids 6–20, 33–47, 65–79, 28–36, 41–51 of Mycobacterium tuberculosis ESAT-6 protein, and a sequence corresponding to amino acids 308–362 of human MHC I.
EFFECT: use of the invention leads to the formation of a stable specific T-cell immune response against Mycobacterium tuberculosis; invention can be used in production of a tuberculosis vaccine.
