FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quantitative evaluation of polymer adhesion to solid surfaces made from different materials. Device contains a sample from a workpiece-polymer material and metal, attached to each other with an adhesive, a tooling fixed on the sample. Sample consists of three parts: a workpiece made by FDM printing from a thermoplastic polymer in the form of a tetrahedral truncated pyramid with a large base, which changes into a tetrahedral prism with a smaller base, intermediate adhesive layer from polymer adhesive film or film-forming substance and light metal, ceramic or glass substrate. Sample by the large base of the workpiece is fixed on the first T-shaped rod of the tooling, the smaller base of the workpiece is located on the intermediate layer and the substrate, which is attached through a block with holes for placement of heaters and temperature sensors in them and a heat-insulating gasket to the second T-shaped rod of the tooling. Height of the part of the workpiece in the form of a truncated pyramid to the height of the part of the workpiece in the form of prism is 0.5÷5.

EFFECT: possibility to use a polymer workpiece in the sample, which imitates a real product by material and manufacturing method, increased accuracy of determining the strength of adhesion forces of interaction of contact surfaces in the sample, increasing the productivity of the process of searching for adhesive forces of interaction between the workpiece and the intermediate layer and the intermediate layer and the substrate.
