FIELD: printing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive FDM technologies for the manufacture of structural elements of complex geometric shapes, namely, three-dimensional printing using a thermoplastic dielectric filament. Method comprises heating the polymer filament and extrusion thereof from an extruder onto a substrate with the formation of a layer of necessary shape while simultaneous exposure of microwave electromagnetic field with a frequency of 2,450 MHz and a specific power of 17–18 W/cm3, similar application of subsequent layers in accordance with the programmed shape of the product, combined processing within 2–3 minutes of the finished product with microwave electromagnetic field and ultrasound, the frequency of which is chosen taking into account the thickness of the product and properties thereof.
EFFECT: improved homogeneity of the structure of a three-dimensional product, increased number of intermolecular bonds between individual agglomerates, rows of agglomerates and layers.
