FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process consists in coat application of the metal substrate and detachment of said coat from said substrate, determination of the maximum load required for detachment of the coat ply to calculate the adhesion from the adhesion magnitude. Note here that said substrate represents a cylindrical specimen for coating shaped to circular belt to be applied on generating surface thereof. Then, coat ends are machined to get thrust sites with the machining of one of the coat ends by internal chamfering to 0.5-45 degrees. Now, the specimen is fitted in the die with cylindrical opening so that the coat processed end faces the die opening. Note here that the coat detachment from substrate is performed by extrusion of cylindrical specimen through the die cylindrical opening.
EFFECT: higher adhesion between metal coats and substrate, higher reliability and longer life.
