Result is achieved due to receiving by server from plurality of training electronic devices of plurality of training objects, each of which comprises: (a) third party training web resource data associated with the training web page, dependent on the third party training web resource, wherein the training web resource of the third party and the training web page are located on different web servers; (b) training user-specific data of the training user viewing the training web page, including data on past user actions of the training user with the training web resource of a third party; and (c) a label indicating whether the training user is allowed to use the training cookie of a third party from the training web resource of the third party in conjunction with the training web resource of the third party when viewing a training web page containing elements associated with a third-party training web resource, wherein the third-party cookie is previously obtained by the training electronic device of the training user.
