FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to gynaecology, and can be used for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial pathology. Absolute thrombocyte count (THR) and absolute lymphocyte count (LYMPH) are measured in venous blood, then ultrasonic examination of pelvic organs is performed with measurement of thickness of M-echo, cm. Integral malignancy index (IMI) is then determined by formula: IMI = (THR: LYMPH): M-echo. If the IMI is equal to 98.75 and lower, a high probability of the presence of a malignant endometrial disease is stated.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain additional data for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pathology of endometrium due to determination of integral index of malignancy.
