SUBSTANCE: method includes analysis of the transcriptome of the ovarian endometriosis focus endometrioid tissue by a TIMP1 gene expression study, when the TIMP1 gene expression exceeds 0.5 p.u. relative to the gene, the patients are assigned to the group with a glandular-cystic type of ovarian endometriosis, if it is less than or equal to 0.5 p.u. - to a group with a cystic version of ovarian endometriosis. The proposed marker has specificity - 73%, sensitivity - 83%, AUC=0.82.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness of diagnosis, allows a personalized approach to the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriosis.
