SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas distribution, namely to safety relief valves intended for protection of gas equipment and networks against overpressure exceeding the permissible limit. Device comprises a housing, a cover, a fixing mechanism, inlet and outlet pressure gauges, an atmospheric pressure gauge, scaling converters, pressure comparison units, smoothing filters and pressure difference setters, comparators, an analogue switch, unit for setting the value of conductivity of the valve by gas flow in the open state, a multiplier, a differentiating link, a rectifier, a filter, adjustment units, an adder, an integral counter of the safety relief valve actuation, a transmitter for communication with the dispatcher station of the gas distribution organization.

EFFECT: device provides control of valve actuation and determination of volume of gases discharged through the valve with transmission of data to the dispatcher station of gas distribution organization.
