FIELD: pipeline industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of natural gas distribution through pipelines, namely to gas reduction devices, and can be used to supply settlements, industrial facilities and individual consumers with natural gas. The device contains reducing lines, pressure regulators, protection elements, pressure and temperature sensors, an access identifier, a hacking sensor, a controller, an information transmission unit, a flow meter, a corrector, a timer, a register of minute and hourly gas consumption, a cyclic memory unit, a corrector for meteorological parameters, comparison and memory units, setters, a gas flow balance monitoring controller, registers of minute and hourly gas consumption, units for calculating minute and hourly gas consumption, balance setters.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and safety of gas supply by monitoring possible gas leaks as a result of damage to the gas pipeline or unauthorized connection with the transmission of operational information to the gas distribution organization.
