FIELD: air cleaning equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of equipment for air cleaning, in particular to device for cleaning and disinfection of air by flushing with liquid. Device for cleaning and disinfecting air by flushing with liquid includes a water storage tank, wherein said water storage tank is filled with water in its lower part. First air outlet is located on the upper part of its side wall, and the air inlet is located on the middle part of its side wall. Water circulation device includes a water pump and an outlet pipe. Water pump is located in the centre of the lower part of the water storage tank. Discharge pipe is located vertically, and its lower part is connected to water pump. Water outlet of the discharge pipe extends upwards into the middle of the water storage tank. Filtering device includes a plurality of annular filtration layers, wherein the annular filtration layers are located above the water surface. Air inlet is located below the annular filtering layers and above the water surface.

EFFECT: device effectively cleans air by removing oil vapours, suspensions, dust and other contaminants, provides a good cleaning result and is especially suitable for improving the quality of urban air.
