FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal fodder intended for improvement of animal health by reducing creatinine level. Fodder contains a protein additive reducing creatinine level. Additive is a chemically heterogeneous mixture in which not less than 98% of proteins are not less than 78% hydrolysed to structures weighing up to 100 kDa. Additive contains a protein of up to 100 kDa without cell walls.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to produce animal fodder improving their functional state, reducing creatinine level and not causing allergy, id est foreign protein rejection.
