FIELD: medicine; gynecology.

SUBSTANCE: endometrial regeneration is stimulated by intrauterine introduction of thrombocyte autoplasma enriched with thrombocyte growth factors. Autoplasma is introduced into the uterine cavity on a gynecological chair in an outpatient setting using a pipelle biopsy probe on 9th day of the menstrual cycle in amount of 3 ml.

EFFECT: method enables increasing the thickness of the endometrium, as well as increasing the pregnancy rate.
