SUBSTANCE: method of creating a structural sector of an Ilizarov apparatus ring based on a composite material with a polymer thermosetting matrix reinforced with a three-dimensional solid-woven 3D preform, in the form of a tape, which is a three-dimensional reinforcing lattice corresponding to the size and shape of the future product with a reinforcing structure that forms independent planned technical holes without damage structure of continuous carbon threads, includes the following stages: at the first stage, a three-dimensional all-woven 3D preform is made, based on continuous carbon threads, multilayer weave, in the structure of which zones free from reinforcement are planned in advance, located in two rows, formed by weaving reinforcing threads, for counting the sequence of laying the weft thread on a shuttle loom with the possibility of obtaining a reversal of the weft thread, ensuring edge integrity to prevent warp threads from fraying and the formation of independent planned technical holes in the finished structural sector of the Ilizarov apparatus ring with the arrangement of the holes of the second row in a checkerboard pattern relative to the holes of the first row; at the second stage, a mold-equipment is made to form the annular shape of the constructive sector of the ring of the Ilizarov apparatus, which has two rows of protrusions-spikes, also staggered, for the formation of planned technical holes; at the third stage, a volumetric seamless 3D preform is placed in a mold-equipment and impregnated with a binder using the vacuum infusion method, during which the zones free from reinforcement of the volumetric seamless 3D preform are converted into planned technical holes by opening them and aligning them with the protrusions-spikes of the form-equipment without using mechanical processing without damaging the integrity of the reinforcing structure; and at the fourth stage, after curing with a binder, the finished product is removed from the tooling mold and the flash of the outer contour is removed.

EFFECT: invention ensures prevention of weakening of the reinforcing structure of the product due to mechanical processing and higher strength of the finished product.
