FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: box functions as safety casing for electrical equipment including telecommunication facilities and has internal vertical passage along racks carrying such equipment and between top and bottom lead-ins formed by box to pass one or more external cables from top or bottom of box for servicing rack-mounted pieces of equipment. Each rack is provided with flexible extension cable with its front end carrying coaxial clamping sleeve; this cable runs through passage from such front end to respective cable- terminating bay to be terminated in cable-receiving connector. Coaxial clamping sleeve on each extension cable is mounted on rocking floor hinged on respective rack; it can be selectively adjusted in angular position and locked in either of two positions of floor in which clamping sleeve looks up and down, respectively.
