SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly to orthopaedic dentistry. Permanent crown of a dental prosthesis with an implant support comprises a base connected to a support part, which is an abutment connected to the implant, and a strap having an occlusal surface and fixed on the base. Base serves as a gingiva former and has a contact surface configured to attach an onlay to it with form closure and having at least one projection or at least one recess. During dental prosthetics using an implant and a permanent crown, an implant is installed in the patient's jaw, the base of the permanent crown is installed on the support part, the osteointegration period required for the implant engraftment is maintained, and a permanent bit pad is fixed on the base.

EFFECT: reduced material and time costs associated with dental prosthetics, reduced total injuries of the prosthetic procedure, reduced surgical and orthopedic manipulations after fixation of the permanent crown on the support part, providing strength and reliability of the permanent crown after the osteointegration period.
