FIELD: liquid atomisation or spraying devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a microporous ceramic atomizing core, which is the main component in the field of atomisation in electronic cigarettes. Microporous spraying core contains starting materials in the following ratio: from 10 to 50 parts by weight of the base material, from 0 to 40 parts by weight of ceramic powder, from 10 to 50 parts by weight of sintering additive, from 0 to 20 parts by weight of blowing agent, from 20 to 50 parts by weight of paraffin and from 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight of a surfactant. Base material contains at least one of the following: aerogel powder of silicon dioxide and porous boron nitride, wherein base material has particle size from 200 to 1,500 mesh. Sintering additive is a metal oxide or glass powder, wherein particle size ranges from 200 mesh to 2,000 mesh, and initial melting point ranges from 300°C to 600°C. For production of ceramic core components are mixed, workpiece is pressed and sintered at temperature from 500 to 800°C.
EFFECT: microporous ceramic spray core improves porosity and fluid retention capacity of the spray core due to addition of basic material with micropores and large specific surface area, it provides sufficient spraying of sprayed liquid.
